Kioku means memory, and a den is somewhere you hide away with your treasures, (we aren't dragons we swear). A hide away from 9-5's, away from interest rates and headlines and meetings and judgy "aren't they toys?" conversations.
We've always loved retro, well... it wasn't always retro (wow, we sound old!) and we might kinda have a 'thing' about letting go, so we thought we'd try and fill other people's houses too, it makes us feel a bit better about our overflowing shelves!
Just two weirdos operating from Lincolnshire, UK - we spend our time watching, playing, reading, gluing, sticking, painting, snapping and clicking. Dusting, lots of dusting (maybe not so much dusting... sorry mum) and sometimes we are sourcing and listing the cool stuff we find along the way. Everything we sell is hand picked because we think it's cool - deep down we'd rather keep it all to be honest. We just like stuff. We don't claim to be the pinnacle of knowledge on any of it (don't you hate that!?!) but we are happy to go down the rabbit hole with you. No gatekeeping here, we want you to enjoy our stock as much as we do!
We want to share it with all of you so we ship as far and wide as we can, but that's not always easy, if we don't ship to you, we are really sorry, believe us, we wish we could!
