Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, in its original packaging, and with any seals, tags or inserts intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at kiokuden@gmail.com. Please note that unless you have received a wrong or damaged item, return postage costs are your responsibility. If your return is accepted, we'll send you full instructions including where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return postage costs in these cases and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items purchased as part of a bundle where components have been separated
- Gift cards
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the above items unless they arrive damaged or defective. For any questions about a specific item before purchasing, please get in touch.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us to begin the returns process. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, in its original packaging, and with any seals, tags or inserts intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
